Lowell's parents came to visit us this week and we had a lot of occasions to celebrate. First, we finished opening up the last of the Christmas presents and then we took down the Christmas tree. The next day we had Erin and Lowell's birthdays to celebrate.
We had a BBQ and my mom, Roy and Elizabeth came over to help us celebrate. Elizabeth was very excited to see Big Lowell and Erin. Lowell insisted on cookie cake which we picked up, though Elizabeth was a little upset that we did not have ice cream.
Lowell and Erin were both very surprised with their gifts. In the picture above if you look to the left you can see Big Lowell making funny faces at Elizabeth. Little Lowell wasn't thrilled with the picture because he had paint clothes on from earlier. The picture below displays Erin's excitement with her gift. 
Despite all the partying, we all did manage to do a lot of work on the house. It was great having Lowell's parents helping us out. Below is an example of the citrus "haul" from our trees. We have a variety of orange trees, two grapefruits, and one lemon.
Elizabeth has really been getting into dancing lately, so Lowell thought he would give her some support. We've laughingly dubbed this one the "Baudouin Shuffle"
